About Sangeetha
"Every pregnancy is a story only you can tell. I'm here to help you feel ready for every chapter."
Sangeetha Desu is a certified antenatal and postnatal educator, holding a Diploma in Antenatal and Postnatal Education from the UK. She supports expectant parents through pregnancy, childbirth, labour techniques and into the tender weeks of recovery and newborn care. Her approach combines evidence based techniques with compassionate guidance through the full arc of pregnancy.
She offers her classes in Tamil, Telugu, and English, so to-be parents can learn and ask questions in the language closest to their heart. Her sessions are warm, informative, and designed to make you feel supported every step of the way.
What I Offer
Each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are — available in Tamil, Telugu, and English so you can learn in the language that feels like home.
A nurturing introduction to the first trimester and beyond — understanding your changing body, early symptoms, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, and how to prepare for the months ahead with confidence and calm.
A comprehensive, empowering look at what happens during labour — stages of birth, breathing and pain management techniques, what to expect, and how to advocate for yourself in the delivery room.
Everything you need to know for the 4th trimester — caring for your newborn, feeding, sleep, postpartum recovery, emotional health, and finding your footing as a new mother with gentleness and grace.
You will leave feeling relaxed and prepared for the
life-changing journey ahead.

Stories from Mothers
These are real moments, real mothers, and the kind of transformation that happens when you feel truly supported.
Being able to attend the class in Tamil made such a difference. I could ask exactly what I meant and understand everything fully. I felt seen in a way I never expected.
The newborn care class was something I didn't know I needed until I was in it. Those first weeks with my baby felt so much more peaceful because of what I had learned.
I came in terrified of labour. By the end of the classes I actually felt ready — not just informed, but genuinely calm. Sangeetha has a gift for making hard things feel manageable.
Classes for any parent at any stage. Whether you have just found out you are pregnant, you are in your third trimester counting days or you are already in the post-partum season. You have something to learn whether you are first time parent and experienced parent. The classes are suitable for first time parent, second time parent and beyond, single parent, same sex couple and LGBTQ+families.
All three classes are offered in Tamil, Telugu, and English. You can choose the language you're most comfortable in when you book — there's no need to struggle for words when you're trying to ask something important.
All group classes are held online via video call, making them accessible wherever you are. You'll recieve a link to join the session atleast a day before the session.
You can join at any trimester! The Early Pregnancy class is ideal for weeks 6–20, Labour Management for weeks 20–36, and Newborn Care can be attended any time, including postpartum.
Midwives are incredible but often time-limited. Sangeetha's classes are unhurried, deeply personal, and delivered in your own language — so you can ask every question, understand everything fully, and feel genuinely prepared.
